Terms and Conditions of Seaford College Coach Service

  • The coach service operates Monday to Friday during term time only.
  • Coach places are given on a full-time basis only.
  • Please refer to the Coach Service Timetable for full details of services, stops and prices.
  • The annual Coach Service fee is billed to you on your October interim fees bill.
  • Parent/guardian contact details will be entered onto a contact list for communication of service updates and information purposes.
  • Pupils are expected to behave in an appropriate manner at all times and must remain seated and wearing a seat belt for the duration of each journey.
  • Refunds are not applicable for non-use of the service.
  • Routes and stops are subject to change due to demand and business need.
  • Reservations for the coach service will only be made upon receipt of a completed coach reservation form.
  • The School cannot accept liability for pupil transportation to and from School in the event of coach operator service failure.
