Parental Consent

I wish my son / daughter to be allowed to take part in all of the activities and excursions organised by the school, as part of providing the day to day curriculum.

I understand that the school staff and helpers in charge of the party will take all reasonable care of the student and the school will be liable for any personal injury suffered by my son/daughter in travelling to and from or while taking part in any of these activities but only to the extent that such personal injury is directly attributable to the negligence of said staff and/or helpers in charge of the group.

Please note there may be some trips that require a separate consent form and these will be issued at the appropriate time.

It is the responsibility of parents to keep the school updated on all relevant information, including dietary and medical requirements.
