New Students' iPad Agreement

By filling in the form below, I consent to allowing Seaford College to issue the purchased iPad to my child named below, to create any accounts necessary for my student to utilize College-approved applications and web-based services and to share limited personal information with the third-party provider (as we already do for school IT systems to support teaching and learning).
